No Food Allowed
At least, nothing that you grow yourself.
My Lady Friend and I just returned from our bicycle-and-flyer promotional tour of an adjoining subdivision. Two women had a conversation with her toward the end of the ride, telling her that their homeowners' association restricts vegetable gardens.
Half a million dollars (or much more) for a house, but you're not allowed to grow your own butternut squash. That's nutty.
This discovery made me think of contacting the local park district about a community garden in the large park in the middle of all of these houses.
